Do you also do warehousing?
At this point in time, our primary focus is on 3PL Transportation and we do not do warehousing. However, if you need a warehouse, let us know and we will attempt to find a good warehousing partner which would work best for you and your business, and possibly also manage the relationship as well.
Which all countries can you operate?
We are a UK based company with alliances with multiple third party suppliers, using whom we deliver and get customers shipments. We currently are able to send shipments to over 220+ countries worldwide. We have even delivered personalised shipments to Yachts parked in the Mediterranean and so, if you have any ad-hoc requirements, simply let us know.
Do you provide Software Only services?
Yes, we have a state of the art 3PL logistics service software, which is also available to customers. We provide multiple options - there is already a live hosted instance shared by multiple customers for whom we operate logistics services, or we can host it for the customer on the cloud as a SaaS software (or) alternatively the software can be handed over to the customer to host it in their own datacenters.
How do I integrate my ERP software with your logistics software?
This question is only valid if the software is hosted by us on the cloud or is the shared hosted server. Either ways, we provide APIs for integration, which could be leveraged to get quotes, raise orders or even track the shipment - as applicable.
How soon can you get the operations up and running ?
We have a live Operations support team based in offshore, which currently services our customers. Extending the team to suit to the customers needs is a fairly quick affair as the team members are well trained in International logistics processes and regulations.
How soon can you get the software up and running?
Again, as the software is already operational, the base version of software can be made live within a very short period. Though the base version of the software covers quite a wide range of scenarios and is sufficient to go live on day one, if the customer requests for more customizations to suit to their needs, the customizations will need to be executed / done on the software, which will be communicated on a case by case basis. Either ways, we understand the business priorities and attempt to provide the best possible support to get a good balance between achieving quick-wins and strategic go-live.
